At Runway Nail Salon your health and safety has always been the highest priority. As such you shouldn't notice too much of a difference to your appointment. We have, however, implemented certain new measures in accordance with government guidelines. This includes enhanced sanitation and additional PPE.

Upon arrival at the premises you will be provided with hand sanitiser at the door. Once in the salon hand washing facilities have been made available. From November 30, 2021 all clients will be required by law to wear a face mask unless you are part of the exempt group. If you do not have a face mask, a disposable one will provided to you. There is a small charge of £1 for this.

We politely request all clients bring as few personal possessions as possible and refrain from using their mobile phones or other portable electronic devices once inside the premises due to risk of cross contamination.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to allow clients into the house while waiting for their appointment. We politely ask clients to wait outside or in their vehicle.

Please inform us if you are displaying any symptoms, or have tested positive, for COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19 so we may cancel your appointment for a future date after your isolation period.
